What does the Undercoat Rake actually do?
It reaches beneath the topcoat and lifts loose, already-shed undercoat that ordinary brushes glide over. The result is less fur circulating in your home and a coat that looks cleaner and lies flatter.
Is it safe to use on my pet?
The teeth are rounded and polished, and they are spaced to pass through the coat rather than dig into skin. Use light strokes, follow the direction of the coat and stop if you meet resistance — never force the tool through a knot.
Does it work for both dogs and cats?
Yes. It was developed for double-coated dogs and works equally well on medium and long-haired cats, using shorter, lighter strokes and briefer sessions.
How often should I use it?
Two short sessions a week is enough for most pets. During heavy seasonal shedding you may want a brief session every other day.
How is it shipped?
Every order ships in protective, plastic-free packaging with a printed grooming guide. Shipped with tracking; estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days.
What if it isn't right for us?
You have 30 days to try the ritual. If it doesn't suit your pet, write to us and we'll arrange a return — used or unused.
Will it cut or thin the coat?
No. The rake is not a blade. It separates and releases hair that has already shed, leaving the healthy topcoat intact.
How do I care for the tool?
Clear the teeth after each session and wipe the body with a dry cloth. Avoid soaking the handle.
